A blue polyurethane gladhand sealing gasket with a large-face design, used inside a service-line gladhand coupling to create an airtight connection between the tractor and trailer air brake lines. Being a wear item, it's commonly replaced to prevent air leaks at the coupling point, and the blue color matches standard color coding for the service (non-emergency) air circuit.
